Physical fitness and age are not so important, especially for those who try climbing for the first time. It may seem incredible, but on the first training session, a 6-year-old child and a 30-year-old parent in good physical condition, can show exactly the same result.
You can come to the climbing wall on your own, without paying for the services of a trainer. But it can be difficult for complete beginners to figure it out without the help of an experienced person.

Who am I?

Hello! My name is Sergey Gotsin and I have been in rock climbing since 1992. I was 10 years old when I first got to the climbing wall and since then my life has been connected with this sport.

How does rock climbing training work??

The training scheme is made up of several factors. Individual or group, children's or adults, amateur or sports climbing level.But there are also general principles that do not change and are equally important for any participant in the training.
